Lark will source you a venue (or work with the venue of your choice), support you with event communications (such as the creation of Eventbrite pages, registration forms, etc), arrange catering options (including options for those with specific dietary requirements), and we can even support with creating marketing plans. Basically, we do the hard work so you don’t have to! As this is a bespoke package, prices depend on the type of event and the timeframes we are working to.
EVENT MANAGEMENT MENTORING
This service is for those of you who are new to running events, want to learn how, and just need a bit of support and an experienced person to turn to for advice. The service includes an initial 1:1 planning meeting to talk you through the basics, support you with scoping your event and set out the first steps. We then arrange a schedule of check-in meetings to help keep you on track and ensure you are supported through running your event. We can even attend the event to help make sure you feel confident, and everything runs smoothly!
Payment for Event Management Mentoring is negotiable and dependent on the type of event you are running. For paid events, we work on a share-of-profits basis. For free events, a skill swap option is available. Where appropriate, a discounted ticket option for Lark Network members could be taken as part of the payment.
