After many years running Harries Coffee, Heather founded Effective Entrepreneurs, where she helps ambitious business owners use the MARSTA Goals® framework with confidence and consistency. Her mission is to support people to build sustainable, values-led businesses that pay them their worth while staying grounded in what matters most.
Heather has become a much-loved part of The Lark Network community. She has run several Startup Sunday sessions, guiding women through practical goal setting and mindset shifts, sponsored our one of our Lunch Break events, and she also facilitates our popular Writers’ Retreats.
Using the MARSTA Goals® approach, she helps attendees gain clarity, focus and momentum with their writing so they can move forward with purpose.
