A collage showing women taking part in a creative and reflective workshop. The top row features close-up photos of participants sitting around a wooden table, writing, chatting and smiling, with green plants in the centre. The bottom photo shows a larger group seated around a table in a community space with red noticeboards and illustrated wall art in the background. One woman leads the discussion while others listen. At the bottom of the image, text reads: “The Lark Network & Grounding – women supporting women feel seen, supported, heard!”

I’m so pleased to share that The Lark Network is partnering with Dr Tara Goddard and Hannah-Louise Shelton, the coaches behind Growing Through the Seasons, a new group coaching retreat series for women.

Together, we’re offering one of our Lark Network members a free place on the first retreat in the series, Grounding, this January; you’ll find the link to apply in our Facebook group.

Grounding is a cosy, overnight group coaching retreat for women navigating change, whether that is a shift in career, direction or identity.

The retreat would usually cost £465 and includes all workshops, meals and accommodation, but one lucky Lark women can access this for free!

It is an incredible opportunity for one of our members to access a high quality, deeply supportive retreat at no cost, especially if investing in themselves is something that normally feels out of reach. It is a chance to pause, reflect and plan the year ahead with calm, confidence and clarity.

At The Lark Network, we are committed to helping women sing while they fly, and this partnership could not feel more aligned. Tara and Hannah share our belief that when women invest in themselves, everyone benefits.

We know that opportunities like this can make a real difference, especially for those who are used to putting everyone else first. This is a moment to put on your own oxygen mask and give yourself permission to invest in you.

I cannot wait to see one of our members join Grounding and experience this powerful space for connection, reflection and growth.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 7th December.
